For more effective, safer, and more personalised care.

Improve local healthcare services

The community care software runs on a constantly updated business intelligence engine, providing healthcare professionals with the most effective solutions. Each healthcare professional has instant access to all necessary information, ensuring timely and high-quality treatments for every patient.

The system supports professionals in planning home care visits and sharing completed tasks, ensuring personalised care and the best possible quality of life, based on each patient’s condition – guaranteeing that nothing will be overlooked.

b.ADI communicates with Lombardy’s regional Digital Territorial Management System (SGDT), enabling providers to manage all patient care activities completely. It integrates data from the regional platform and includes administrative information and multidimensional assessments, ensuring accurate management in line with regional guidelines. It supports the complete management of information flows for C-Dom services and the RSA Aperta programme, by assisting in the production of SIAD (a comprehensive monitoring of all home care services) and FE4 (economic reporting to manage the accounting process) data flows for efficient and compliant reporting.

Discover what
b.ADI can do

- Integration with Lombardy’s SGDT Regional System
- Workflow and communication
- Assessment forms
- Multidisciplinary clinical notes
By integrating with Lombardy’s SGDT system, b.ADI enables complete management of all patient care activities: searching for active Individual Plans (PI), viewing imported plans through customised reports, viewing and managing data sent to the SGDT, and accessing summaries of communications with the SGDT.
The integrated workflow system guides professionals through every care procedure, ensuring that no detail is overlooked. The shared clinical notes provide the entire team with a complete, up-to-date overview of each patient’s condition, enabling coordinated and personalised treatments. Real-time alerts and notifications ensure that any changes in condition or care plans are communicated promptly, improving both effectiveness and collaboration.
Assessment outcomes allow professionals to regularly update and monitor the patient’s profile and clinical status.
Each patient’s electronic health record includes multidisciplinary clinical notes, designed for quick and effective consultation of all home visits and care activities.
Tasks and workloads are updated in real time in a shared calendar that is able to schedule daily, weekly, and monthly home care visits. The calendar is equipped with filters, and access planning can be handled either autonomously by individual professionals or centrally by the coordination staff, who can monitor care plans at any time.
b.ADI features for C-Dom services fully comply with all the requirements of Lombardy Regional Government Resolution No. 6867 of 2/8/2022. The system generates SIAD and FE4 data flows in accordance with the Lombardy Region’s regulations.
The system allows patients’ documents and medical reports to be consulted, uploaded, archived and categorised. It can be integrated with various accounting systems and is extremely user-friendly. It enables accurate management of admissions, off-site services, fees, and absences.
All activities are tracked, generating a large volume of data. An advanced business intelligence engine enables the production and visualisation of numerous customisable reports.
The multi-user, multi-role structure is designed to reflect the needs and workflows of different professionals. They will only see the information relevant to their duties, so they can work with clarity and confidence.
Care professionals can have patients (or caregivers) sign directly on a device for Individual Care Plan sharing and home visits. Valid for C-Dom and RSA Aperta services. GDPR compliant.
The messaging system confirms when a message has been read by recipients. Automated notifications enable clear and immediate communication across all roles involved in care delivery.
The interface is designed for immediate and intuitive use across all devices. Colours and visual elements are carefully chosen to ensure a smooth, efficient experience, making it easier to identify key actions and tools.

Yes. b.ADI was specifically developed to support the delivery of Home Care (C-Dom) and the services provided under the RSA Aperta programme in Lombardy. The system is integrated with the SGDT platform, generates SIAD and FE4 data flows according to current regulations, and enables complete and compliant management of all care and administrative activities.
Can it also manage UCP-Dom palliative care?
Yes. b.ADI is also designed to manage home care for patients with chronic conditions. Multidisciplinary teams can organise palliative care more effectively using b.ADI.
Is the b.ADI application connected to Lombardy Region’s SGDT platform?
Yes. b.ADI is already fully operational with the SGDT platform; it allows you to download all the data provided by the Local Health Districts and can already send information generated by Service Providers.
How do I access the software?
You can use any browser – no specific installation is required.
Can treatments be scheduled using a calendar or planner view? Is it possible to check whether a professional is busy or unavailable on specific days?
Yes. Both patient and staff planners are always available and can be merged to coordinate appointments and find mutually available time slots.
You can also set working days/hours and any scheduled absences, which will be clearly displayed in the calendar.
Does the software track the number of treatments per patient?
b.ADI monitors all home visits carried out by professionals, organised by role, and compares them with those set by local health authorities (ASST) via SGDT, using dedicated widgets and reports.
Can the software estimate expected revenue based on scheduled treatments?
b.ADI provides an estimate of remuneration for visits carried out in the current quarter (even before it ends). It uses past and present data but does not yet offer future projections. However, our software is constantly evolving, shaped by user feedback.
Does the software help calculate the full service costs (e.g. fees for freelance professionals)?
Not directly. b.ADI tracks the number of visits completed by each professional. Based on this data, you can then calculate remuneration separately.

Yes. You can request a demo and a dedicated meeting with our team. We will talk you through the software and help assess whether it is the right solution for your needs.
Is SIAD and FE4 data flow production supported?
Yes. b.ADI application supports the production of healthcare data flows. Additionally, should any data expected from the Local Health Districts be missing, providers can input it directly, ensuring full and accurate data flows.
