Do I need training to use it?
The platform is highly intuitive. We still provide full support, configuration assistance and training materials.
Can I configure different access levels by facility or site?
Yes. NetHUB allows flexible, customised management for each care service unit (UdO).
Is it mandatory to access applications via NetHUB?
No. Standard users can choose to log in through apps or via the NetHUB platform. For administrative management, NetHUB provides greater security and control over user access.
